Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university.
• 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, customer success, or product support role.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Experience managing hardware and software evaluations.
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems.
• Experience with technical consulting, cloud technologies, and system integration.

Responsibilities:

• Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.
• Become an expert on Samsara products and articulate their use in the industry.
• Deliver work products that contribute to closing deals, including demonstrations and value assessments.
• Assist installers with best practices for product installation.
• Write scripts against our open API and document them for use by others.
• Consult with customers for deeper integration and upselling opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between product and sales teams.
