Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and product data sets, including web traffic and product engagement metrics.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
• Experience with data orchestration and CDP tools like Segment.io.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex data insights for stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for marketing analytics across teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track marketing performance against growth KPIs.
• Partner with Data Engineering to develop a comprehensive data dictionary.
• Conduct audits and analyses to identify marketing data gaps and implement solutions.
• Support marketing ops by optimizing data pipelines and enhancing campaign attribution.
• Identify opportunities for customer segmentation for effective targeting.
• Communicate data-driven strategies to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
