Requirements:

• Proven success in building key customer relationships, including decision makers.

• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes and ability to close deals.
• Aptitude for forming senior-level relationships with various companies.
• Prior experience as an Account Executive or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills.
• Ability to confidently make cold calls and build pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in the HR industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create 'Land' opportunity deals with accurate close dates and detailed notes.
• Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
• Present and deliver information to potential clients efficiently.
• Proactively answer client questions and follow up promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support client processes.
• Close sales deals while guiding clients through the process.
• Support and coach team Account Executives on their deals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Design solutions for small, mid-sized, and large business customers.
