Requirements:

• Successful track record as a CTO or similar technical leadership role at an early-stage startup in the logistics space.
• Hands-on technical leadership with experience in cloud-native, API-first architecture.
• Experience in agile software development, team management, and delivering projects on time and budget.
• Strong foundation in frontend frameworks and backend infrastructure.
• Desire to engage directly with customers and present to C-level executives.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Tech Stack and product development; partner with CEO on technology matters.
• Deliver product-related business objectives and manage OPEX budget.
• Recruit and manage technical and project management teams.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle including DevOps and InfoSec.
• Develop product roadmap and communicate with stakeholders.
