Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.

  • CSP level certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer).
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and their security considerations.

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Help customers develop Success Plans with critical goals and KPI.
  • Identify and address technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for customer needs across various departments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals.
