Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL, git, and web services.
  • Experience building automations within ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the ServiceNow implementation project plan and execution as well as roadmap development.
  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, reports, forms, and scripts.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls within ServiceNow.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.
  • Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades and patches.
  • Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations.
  • Train end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teammates to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features.
