Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in test automation with expertise in designing test frameworks.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages like JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Advanced experience in CI/CD automation and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of various testing types, including regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Significant experience in testing RESTful APIs and web applications using tools like Playwright or Selenium.
• Experience in validating third-party integrations and contract testing.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Artillery, JMeter, or k6.
• Strong communication skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership experience in technical teams or mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop test frameworks for various testing needs including API, UI, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing.
• Lead the implementation of a comprehensive testing strategy that enhances CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor software engineers in testing best practices and promote a culture of quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to identify risks and resolve defects effectively.
• Drive initiatives to enhance testing processes and tools for automation and productivity.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for testing frameworks and guidelines.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on test outcomes to improve testing effectiveness.
