• At least 6+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile.
• Portfolio showcasing product thinking, user experience, interaction, and visual design skills.
• Experience with systemic design and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate design decisions effectively.
• Understanding of the end-to-end design process and collaboration with engineers.
• Ability to work with UX researchers in usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma and common design tools.
• Skilled in creating interactive prototypes.

• Empowering women, girls, and people who menstruate to better understand their bodies and health.
• Collaborating with UX researchers and data analysts to develop research plans that shape product direction.
• Using data insights to design user-centered experiences that drive business success.
• Supporting product managers and design leads in shaping initiatives and defining roadmaps.
• Collaborating with content designers to improve user experience concepts.
• Evolving designs from prototypes to high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Conducting heuristic evaluations of user experiences.
