Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction, and visual design skills.
• Ability to lead end-to-end design processes from research to high-fidelity designs.
• Passion for designing complex user journeys and articulate design decisions effectively.
• Experience driving strategy and defining roadmaps with cross-functional peers.
• Ability to conduct usability testing and collaborate with engineers on design implementation.
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of Design Systems and A11Y.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Competence in Figma and common design tools, with ability to create interactive prototypes.

• Lead design for complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional peers to deliver impactful results.
• Collaborate with researchers to develop data-driven insights for user-centered experiences.
• Shape initiatives and define product roadmap alongside peers.
• Evolve design concepts into high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Conduct discovery activities with product managers and in ideation sessions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge through sessions.
