  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing or product marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong content creation skills with capability to own marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and experience platforms such as Pendo or Mixpanel.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in customer segmentation and analysis.
  • A customer-first mentality and passion for driving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute communication strategies to keep customers informed and engaged through newsletters, webinars, product updates, and education events.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product teams to support feature releases and create customer-centric materials.
  • Build and manage an online customer advocacy program, identifying advocates, developing case studies, and driving reviews.
  • Collaborate on campaigns that reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value by creating supporting materials.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback partnering with Customer Success and Product teams to inform strategies.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
