Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience with consultative engineering services.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Highest level certifications in Architecture preferred.
• Understanding of IT operations in corporations.
• Experience designing technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
• Knowledge of engineering disciplines including Data Storage, Backup Storage Solutions, Hyperconverged Solutions, and Virtualization (VMware).
• Excellent presentation skills for C-Level Executives.
• Strong understanding of technology's role in meeting business objectives.
• Familiarity with local district markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across disciplines.
• Leadership and mentorship capability for other engineers.
• Ability to convey complex technical topics in simple language.
• Awareness of industry trends and movements.
• Self-starter who solves challenging problems with customers.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate value proposition to clients at various technical levels.
• Capture customer information to build tailored solutions.
• Develop Bill of Material and proposals with recommendations.
• Prepare and present demos and training sessions.
• Participate in presales activities and ensure order accuracy.
• Track pipeline opportunities in CRM.
• Recommend new technologies and best practices.
• Provide mentoring and support to engineering roles.
• Participate in post-sales support and solution deployments.
• Develop technical scope of Statement of Work.
