  • Implement automations for growth and portfolio changes.
  • Analyze data to prepare detailed reports for leadership teams.
  • Standardize workflows across markets to enhance execution.
  • Perform audits and manage data metrics for guests and internal teams.
  • Ensure clear unit/building/process information entry.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate with third-party vendors as necessary.
  • Provide specific admin support for onboarding and move-out tasks.
  • Set up utilities and telecommunications for new units.
  • Cancel utility accounts during move-outs.
  • Schedule furnishing and onboarding tasks.
