Requirements:

• 7+ relevant experience in technical project management and leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as information technology, computer science, or engineering.
• SaaS implementation or configuration experience with highly configurable enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with customers to define requirements.
• Technical experience in software development, systems integration, or technical roles.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to provide guidance and expertise to project teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to the organization's projects.
• Manage implementation methodology leveraging both waterfall and agile models.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Communicate project progress and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with the executive team on customer onboarding strategy.
• Ensure professional service initiatives align with business objectives.
• Assist in pre-sales presentations.
• Oversee a team of technical resources.
• Act as an Executive sponsor for onboarding and professional service projects.
• Manage configuration backlog for timely delivery of new systems and changes.
• Manage project risks and issues.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Define capacity modeling plans and allocate resources effectively.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes.
• Develop and enforce project management methodologies standards.
