Requirements:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with 2+ specifically in tech recruiting.
• Experience owning the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to signing.
• Strong headhunter mentality to find and land top talent.
• Experience in early-stage tech startups with fast growth.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and creatively generating leads.
• Data-oriented with expertise in leading talent acquisition tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Extreme attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all engineering, product, & design openings.
• Partner with CTO and functional leaders to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting.
• Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely.
• Attract and engage world-class talent through various sourcing strategies.
• Strengthen Nourish's employer brand and introduce best practices in talent acquisition.
