Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in word processing (Word) and spreadsheets (Excel), with intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering results.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with merchants and the success team to deliver value.
• Support merchants in creating Warehouse Receiving Orders and resolving Unidentified Receiving Orders.
• Review shipping documents to create Warehouse Receiving Orders.
• Manage inventory transfers and create B2B orders.
• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor merchant app for red flags and ensure smooth order flow.
• Address queries through communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are correctly marked as shipped.
• Communicate on inventory quality control issues.
• Provide custom reporting using tools.
• Create shipping labels and oversee shipping processes.
• Build relationships with internal and external teams.
• Timely escalate urgent issues to prioritize merchant experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
