Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and client services in the technology industry.
• 2+ years management experience owning individual and shared goals.
• Experience in a client facing, support or account management role.
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
• Proven track record in running initiatives and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Solid project management skills.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Retool, and SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Implementation Specialists to onboard and support merchants.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance the merchant experience and achieve revenue goals.
• Devise and execute strategies for retaining and growing the merchant base.
• Oversee onboarding operations for all SMB merchants.
• Analyze cost and benefit models related to merchant acquisition.
• Run experiments to enhance retention initiatives.
