Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary liaison between logistics partners and internal teams regarding freight payments.
• Manage freight billing and warehouse invoice auditing and payments.
• Investigate and resolve freight invoice billing exceptions.
• Provide operational seller support to maintain trailer pool flow.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement across all BSTK functions.
• Develop and maintain SOP’s for freight payment and escalations.
• Cross-train on other associate responsibilities to provide coverage when needed.
• Perform special projects or analyses as requested.
