Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the biopharma industry.
• Proven track record of high performance in sales.
• Ability to travel approximately 70% within the assigned geography.
• Strong communication skills for conveying clinical product information.
• Experience with Reimbursement, Buy-and-Bill, Specialty Pharmacies, and IDNs.
• Understanding and adherence to industry regulations and codes.
• Results-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Experience working with community hospitals and HCP targets.
• Preferred experience with location infusion centers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide disease and product information to various customers including community hospitals and local infusion centers.
• Facilitate clinical dialogue to encourage customer action on behalf of patients.
• Identify shared priorities to develop a strategic territory business plan.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Manager and partners on account strategies.
• Aggregate customer and market data to enhance selling engagements.
