• Experience in digital workflows with content teams.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall portfolio of email activity.
• Develop, implement and manage processes for timely and impactful communications.
• Act as subject matter expert for tooling and technology solutions.
• Partner with teams to source and share data for customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage customer segmentation for personalized campaigns.
• Guide reporting and evaluate email performance.
• Use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop email best practices and provide training to team members.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations.
