Requirements:

• Coding experience (Python and/or Node.js) is required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills are required.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills are required.
• 2+ years of experience within the SaaS industry is preferred.
• Experience with automated process flows is preferred.
• Experience with Customer Service CRMs (e.g., ServiceCloud, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias) is preferred.
• Experience with OMS systems (e.g., Shopify, CommerceCloud, Magento) is preferred.
• Experience with APIs and developing integrations is preferred.
• Interest in AI and Machine Learning concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Join recurring customer calls to understand business processes and technical environment.
• Build, integrate, and optimize automation processes using Visual Flow Builder.
• Develop integrations by coding in Node.js or Python AWS lambdas.
• Manage technical support responses and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Apply continuous improvement to identify potential service enhancements.
• Assist in customer training on managing their automation processes.
• Communicate product enhancement potential to the Product team.
