Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels (calls, texts, and emails).
• Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking and follow-up.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Interest in finance, investing, or stock trading is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our webinars and invite them to register.
• Send follow-up texts and emails to reinforce the invitation and assist clients with registration.
• Guide clients through the webinar sign-up process, providing details on dates, times, and topics.
• Maintain accurate records of communication within our CRM.
• Establish rapport with leads, address inquiries, and highlight the webinars' value.
• Gather feedback from leads to improve the invitation and webinar experience.
