• Restaurant management and/or sales experience preferred but not crucial.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple accounts.
• Driven, honest, and eager to learn.
• Ability to influence and use data for decision-making.
• Self-motivated and gritty to thrive against expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, establish trust with clients quickly.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer retention and revenue growth within your territory of restaurants in Scotland.
• Engage proactively with restaurant customers, understand local industry.
• Innovate solutions to overcome customer obstacles and challenge existing practices.
• Identify opportunities for growth and upsell products and services.
• Maintain expert knowledge of OpenTable's offerings.
• Work independently and collaboratively, visiting customers regularly.
