Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the aviation, aerospace, or staffing industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or within a team.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their unique staffing needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and areas of potential growth.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with staffing solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to Total Aviation Staffing’s growth objectives.
