Clinical Success Manager, Speech Language Pathologist

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or National Board-Certified Occupational Therapy Certification (OTR).
• Supervisory and/or management experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of telepractice experience and 3+ years of special education experience in public school systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical consultations throughout the service lifecycle to both school district partners and providers.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships through clinical validation and partnership.
• Support Sales and Customer Success teams on district-specific service needs and clinical implementation.
• Monitor and assess provider readiness and performance, ensuring quality care is delivered to students.
