Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) - Remote

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of Design Thinking methodology and key artifacts.
• Demonstrated experience with user research and data analysis.
• Strong design sense with ability to create simple, elegant experiences.
• Track record in designing and shipping SaaS products across platforms.
• Proficiency with Figma, Hotjar, and relevant design tools.
• Team player accustomed to agile work and aligning with stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile interaction patterns.
• Experience creating or working within a design system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Understand our customers by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data.
• Serve as an advocate for users in design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Translate complex interactions into user-centered solutions.
• Plan and observe user tests and design research activities.
• Run discovery workshops to define product opportunities.
• Test and validate hypotheses for customer solutions.
• Create success metrics to understand design impacts.
• Develop and iterate on the design system.
• Deliver wireframes, user flows, and visual designs to agile teams.
• Prototype designs for user research.
• Educate and mentor design team members.
