Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven work experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in the SaaS industry.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Persistence, creativity, reliability, and motivation to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with innovative ideas for customer value delivery.
  • Outstanding oral and written skills in English; fluency in German is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Advise Sastrify’s prospects and customers on leading and best-fit SaaS and Cloud tools.
  • Lead end-to-end Sastrify Marketplace pre-sales, onboarding, and renewal efforts.
  • Build and own new business and renewals forecast, defining strategy and reporting progress.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and external partners throughout customer journey.
  • Analyze performance and recommend initiatives for improving Sastrify Marketplace.
