Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 3-4 years of sales experience focusing on similar products within at least three of the regional countries.
- Industry Expertise: Established network in the beverage industry, with additional experience in related sectors, considered an asset.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with our product lines, particularly processed foods, ingredients, and additives, and an understanding of their role within the beverage and food sectors.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for client engagement, contract negotiations, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Strategically develop our business footprint within the region, building and executing plans to grow brand awareness and establish strong, long-term relationships.
- Client Management: Engage with a diverse client base, from small to large entities, to sell our comprehensive product catalog, maintaining and accelerating a swift turnaround of existing accounts.
- B2B Sales: Drive B2B sales with a specific focus on the beverage manufacturing industry and possibly food manufacturing, establishing and growing relationships with key players.
