Requirements:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a similar support environment.
  • Bilingual (Native French/ Fluent English) to support customers in both markets.
  • Experience with customer service software (Zendesk preferred).
  • Availability during some weekends and holidays during peak season.
  • High levels of empathy and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • The French/English Customer Care Specialist (CCS) is responsible for resolving customer queries via email, phone, or chat.
  • Handle pre-sales inquiries about product range.
  • Provide order support and explain product features and usability.
  • Assist with App, Frame or WiFi troubleshooting.
  • Manage warranty support and product returns.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and products.
