Sales Associate, Home Health Sales and Marketing

Requirements:

• Must reside in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, or Maine.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant sales/referral management experience may substitute.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably home health care.
• Experience with health systems or home health referral management platforms is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated project management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a record of achieving goals.
• Ambition to grow and advance in the company.
• Strong PC and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and communicate BAYADA's core values.
• Partner with the sales team to build relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals.
• Review and compile necessary documentation to facilitate care transitions from acute or sub-acute settings.
• Coordinate with service office to set up physician-ordered services.
• Collaborate with Transitional Care Manager, Marketing Manager, and sales directors on key accounts.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Perform related duties as required or requested.
