• Self-starter with proactive initiative and content creation experience.
• Strong attention to detail for quality control.
• Creative and engaging with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
• Data-driven with comfort in tracking and analyzing metrics.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement Associate: Support outreach strategy, manage inbox, ensure quality control of communications, prioritize responses, update data, track engagement metrics, manage templates, support alternative outreach channels, and summarize weekly reports.
• Social Media Associate: Create content for social media, assist in planning and scheduling, engage with audience, analyze trends, track and report metrics, ensure content quality, support cross-channel campaigns, assist in video editing, and summarize weekly performance.
