Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the IT industry.
• Focus on operations, product management, or business development.
• Essential startup experience or building new business units.
• Proven track record in the IT sector with a deep understanding of software development.
• ESG knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in financial management including budgeting and P&L oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for the ESG product.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, drive go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define product requirements.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and gather feedback.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with the product.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the ESG domain.
