Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with monitoring systems like Prometheus, NewRelic, AppDynamic.
• Expert in an OOP language such as Java, Python, Bash, or Go.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge in infrastructure automation (Infrastructure as Code).
• Experience in designing, operating, and troubleshooting large-scale systems.
• Experience building tools for medium to large engineering teams.
• Strong Unix/Linux background.

Responsibilities:

• Development of the distributed monitoring system for scalability and reliability.
• Design and architect solutions with a focus on testability and maintainability.
• Coach and mentor team members within an energetic team.
• Collaborate with other engineers and product owners to tackle platform challenges.
• Build and ship new features emphasizing code quality and maintainability.
• Develop and extend various systems including open-source and in-house applications.
