Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in machine learning, software engineering, and data methodologies.
• Advanced degree in Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures and large language models.
• Experience with advanced prompting techniques, including Chain of Thought prompting.
• Proficiency in LangChain for building complex pipelines with LLMs.
• Experience in developing observable LLM-powered systems.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of distributed training frameworks and optimization techniques.
• Experience with sequence-to-sequence models and NLP concepts.
• Proficiency in creating scalable APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data processing frameworks like Spark and Hive.

• Collaborate in building a long-term vision of how to rethink GenAI at Careem.
• Drive exploratory analysis to understand user behavior and identify metrics levers.
• Shape models and instrumentation to optimize user experience and generate insights.
• Provide product leadership through data-based recommendations.
• Implement scalable machine learning GenAI solutions for production on big data.
• Design and analyze randomized controlled experiments.
• Continually explore new data processing technologies.
