Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the SaaS industry.
  • At least 3 years of management experience with a proven track record in developing and mentoring sales professionals.
  • Deep understanding of current digital marketing strategies including social media and content marketing.
  • Excellent energy, communication, and people management skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in selling to the commercial vertical to identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, manage, and mentor a diverse group of SOCi’s top Sales professionals to renew and expand SOCi’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to expand ARR and deliver the SOCi value proposition.
  • Establish relationships with Marketing Leaders and create campaigns for pipeline growth.
  • Implement new sales processes to sell SOCi products more effectively.
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of Account Executives.
  • Manage training on Salesforce and ensure ongoing training for the team.
  • Develop and manage KPIs to achieve sales objectives and growth.
  • Partner with marketing to manage leads funnel.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors on territory planning.
