Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations or as a client of Workday.
• Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Insights areas: Reporting & OfficeConnect, Sheet Modeling/Structure Modeling, Security, and Integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote engagement.
• Demonstrated consulting skills and ability to manage complex business solutions under deadlines.
• Strong client focus with the ability to understand needs and build relationships.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Ability to work effectively within remote teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Adaptive module(s).
• Conduct sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and propose solutions.
• Assist clients in testing configurations and develop documentation.
• Implement solutions following company methodology while adapting to changing client needs.
• Foster effective collaboration on team projects and innovate processes.
• Consult and prioritize conflicting demands across multiple clients, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
• Research issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
• Contribute to knowledge management through best practices and client engagement.
