Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Student Core, Security, and Reporting, with at least one additional module.
• Ability to lead medium to large projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong commitment to client satisfaction with proven consultative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a remote environment.
• Willingness to mentor other consultants and manage multiple projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Ability to travel (<5% a year).

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Workday solutions for clients.
• Conduct working sessions to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Lead and prioritize medium to high complexity projects.
• Ensure customers understand Workday best practices.
• Manage project scope, quality, and timeline.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Research and implement corrective measures for client issues.
• Contribute to knowledge management within the organization.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
• Innovate and suggest new Workday deployment approaches.
