Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials/Security/Reporting and at least one additional module.
• Ability to lead medium to large projects for the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong consulting skills with a proven ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global customer base.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
• Assess client needs and propose recommendations or alternative solutions.
• Advise clients on best practices and process improvements.
• Manage project scope, quality, and timeline for areas of expertise.
• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring the quality of their work.
• Contribute to the organization's knowledge management repository.
