Requirements:

• At least 5 years of technical writing experience in a technology-focused organization.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, testing integrations, and SDK configurations.
• Strong understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in using Markdown and familiarity with Git.
• Experience in supporting cross-functional teams and conveying complex concepts.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to documentation needs.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and continuously improve the style guide and documentation structure.
• Develop new content and update existing documents based on customer needs.
• Review documentation submitted by Product, Engineering, and other teams.
• Provide guidance on best practices for documenting new features.
• Manage critical documentation sections including API references and security documentation.
• Oversee the documentation platform and tools.
