Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university in Mexico.
• 6+ years of in-house experience with a transnational company or full-service law firm.
• Experience with inbound immigration and Mexico’s Data Privacy Law.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Act as trusted advisor providing advice on employment and labor issues.
• Research and track new employment/labor laws and advise business partners.
• Manage outside counsel for labor claims and audits.
• Create employee-facing legal documents.
• Resolve employee/labor relations concerns.
• Support on commercial contracts and corporate governance.
