Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with Golang is required; JavaScript, TypeScript, and Clojure are a bonus.
• Basic knowledge of various ad formats and technologies like VAST, VPAID, and MRAID is a plus.
• Prior experience with mission-critical systems.
• Some knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem and real-time bidding (RTB) protocol.
• Good communicator, empathetic and focused listener.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Ad Serving Architecture: Develop and maintain code that supports our ad serving architecture, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Implement Cross-Functional Requirements: Work closely with other teams to understand their needs and translate those requirements into effective code solutions.
• Participate in Code Reviews and Discussions: Engage in code reviews and architectural discussions to improve codebase quality.
• Support Coding Standards and Best Practices: Collaborate to refine coding standards and development processes.
• Collaborate with Peers: Share knowledge and support fellow engineers.
• Engage in Roadmap Planning: Provide feedback and suggestions to shape the technical direction of the team.
