Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Risk Adjustment (HCC) coding services.
• Define and align customer coding guidelines with service levels to exceed expectations.
• Design organizational strategy to optimize cost and enhance customer success.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to execute the coding roadmap.
• Define cost management strategies to improve margins in coding operations.
• Recruit and lead a high-performing team.
• Manage global operations and a national customer footprint.
