• Knowledge in healthcare data including patient and provider domains.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare concepts including patient engagement and provider workflows.
• Strong understanding of clinical interventions and care delivery models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile/Scrum certification is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers to communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to prioritize and define features.
• Foster a collaborative environment for effective communication of product goals.
• Articulate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Plan and execute product releases with the development team.
• Advocate for user-friendly experiences with UX/UI designers.
• Ensure high-quality product delivery through effective testing and validation.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Iterate on features based on feedback and business needs.
• Identify and address risks impacting product delivery.
• Collaborate with data analysts for insights in product development.
