Requirements:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in law, economics, finance, or a related field, specializing in insurance law or financial regulation.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of European regulations such as Solvency II, DDA, and PRIIPS.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex legislation.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized, and diplomatic in managing relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with Wakam's operations.
• Maintain communication with representatives of the ACPR.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinate inspections or visits and respond to queries from the ACPR.
• Advise management on regulatory and associated risks.
• Monitor regulatory evolution and ensure compliance in insurance activities.
• Train and inform employees about regulatory requirements.
