Requirements:

• Master degree in insurance law or a business school.
• Large experience in insurance, specifically in SME (RC Pro / MRP) and Cyber.
• Strong legal and insurance skills for product governance.
• Good command of English.
• Taste for teamwork and agility in an agile environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Rigorous, analytical, dynamic, autonomous, and resourceful.

Responsibilities:

• Design of products and coverages in coordination with the Pricing team, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimal commercial outcomes.
• Formalize and validate product documentation including policy wordings, schedules, and certificates of insurance.
• Define needs through collaboration with distribution partners and insurers.
• Review and process changes to existing products.
• Adhere to processes for product governance and industry regulations.
• Participate in the 'Plain Language' project to simplify insurance documentation.
