Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies.
• Focus on onboarding and continuous training of the Commercial sales team.
• Enhance the team's sales skills, product knowledge, industry knowledge, and competitive intelligence.
• Design and monitor training effectiveness and behavior change.
