Requirements:

• Completed at least a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 5 years' experience in sales and use tax consulting.
• Solid accounting background with experience in financial statement preparation.
• Proven ability in managing complex tax engagements.
• Strong communication skills for drafting tax memoranda and engaging with authorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, goal-driven, and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales tax advisory and planning services to multi-state companies.
• Conduct technical research, nexus studies, and exposure quantification.
• Manage complex client engagements and maintain business relationships.
• Oversee sales tax compliance and state registrations.
• Participate in employee training and team development.
• Draft technical research memorandums and resolve issues with tax authorities.
• Stay updated on tax practices and manage indirect sales tax compliance.
