• Native or near-native Finnish language (C1, C2).
• Very good command of English language (B2).
• Strong communication skills, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate through chats, phone, and emails with subscribers.
• Assist subscribers with how-to questions and navigating on Netflix.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
