  • Native or near to native Italian language (C2).
  • Very good command of English language (B2 – C1).
  • Computer skills.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical assistance via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Reporting requests and procedures within the CRM program.
  • Testing for proper connectivity function.
  • Offering first level assistance and problem solving.
  • Tracking systems issues to resolution within agreed timeframes.
  • Asking customers targeted questions to quickly understand the problem.
  • Following up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
