Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role.
• Proficient in presenting technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with federal procurement processes and the unique challenges of the federal marketplace.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Experience in developing IT and cloud infrastructure and knowledge of system security measures.
• Experience with software engineering, customer experience, and design architecture.
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
• Work alongside other sales team members to present products to clients and answer any technical questions.
• Analyze client requirements and determine if a potential customer is suitable for Mark43.
• Outline anticipated timelines for projects and create documentation for project bids.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to specific agency needs and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements and translate needs into technical specifications.
