Tooling Architect - Midnight

Requirements:

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding and substantial experience in the implementation of developer tooling.
• Showcase experience in writing developer tooling and developing solutions with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Architect or Senior Software Engineer in developer tooling, preferably in blockchain technology.
• Experience in security and compliance within the blockchain domain.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Experience developing LSP solutions and/or IDE extensions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the collaborative design process for developer tooling for the Midnight ecosystem.
• Take charge of the end-to-end process, leading the design, implementation, documentation, and testing of cutting-edge tooling.
• Independently undertake complex software development tasks, demonstrating proactive initiative with minimal supervision.
• Produce clean, efficient code that aligns with pre-established acceptance criteria.
• Thoroughly document all code and solutions for clarity.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to create prototypes and evaluate their feasibility.
• Create detailed architecture documents, guidelines, and best practices for development teams.
